Tasha Dixon

Debunking the Myths of Unschooling

Tasha Dixon is a wellness and self-care advocate, wife, and homeschooling mom of three amazing, incredible, extraordinary children. Tasha leads Colorful Geniuses Homeschool Co-Operative in Las Vegas where families from all walks of their homeschooling journey can meet for extracurricular activities, field trips, community events, and support. In addition, Tasha is a Girl Scout Troop Leader as well as Co-founder of Shades of Nourishment, which aims to highlight Black Breastfeeding Week in Las Vegas with an annual photo shoot for breastfeeding moms and their supporters. Tasha is also the owner of Luvthemama which is a self-care company for moms! With her background in mental health therapy, specifically individual, family, adolescent, and grief counseling, Tasha has made it her mission to normalize mental health support within the black community, especially amongst black mothers.

Homeschool Methodology

Dr. Blake Willard is the founder and CEO of the Homeschool Mastery Group, with over 13 years of leadership experience in education. He holds a master’s in organizational leadership, a doctorate in educational ministry, and is a fellow at the Van Lunen Center for Executive Leadership in Christian Education. A 2024 inductee into Marquis Who's Who for his significant impact in education, Dr. Willard is passionate about empowering parents as primary educators and strengthening public perception of homeschooling. He is a proud husband to Sunny and father to their two daughters.

Dr. Matthew Wittwer

Schedules and Transitions

Dr. Matthew Wittwer is an occupational therapist dedicated to supporting patients of all ages, with a particular focus on pediatrics. He specializes in creating structured schedules and managing transitions, helping clients build essential life skills. Dr. Wittwer earned his graduate degree from Touro University, and his commitment to service extends into his role as a Boy Scouts of America Scout Leader. A father of three boys, he enjoys spending his free time outdoors, exploring nature with his family.
