NEVCON Vendor Application Form

The NEVCON Team would like to thank you for taking interest in our event. Below is our Sponsorship/Vendor Information Form. We will send more information as the event draws near.


Event Date: Saturday, April 19th 2025 8am-4pm

Event Timing: Set Up Friday, April 18th in the Afternoon.

Event Address: Sam's Town, 5111 Boulder Highway, Las Vegas, NV 89112

Submission of this application does not guarantee placement in the event. Applicants will be notified via email.


Deadline for Vendor Application is January 15th, 2025.

An 8 foot table and 2 chairs will be provided with each 10'x10' booth. No pipe and drape. Black table cloth included.

Terms of Agreement

I understand that submission of this form does not constitute approval as a vendor.
I understand that if I do not provide all necessary information and/or documents, my application may not be considered.
I understand this fee is used for the event and is non-refundable.
I understand that I am committed to the timeframe of 8:00am to 4:00pm and will not pack up early, even if my booth is slow.
I understand that failure to communicate with the NEVCON Team indicates that I am no longer interested in being a vendor.
I understand that I am responsible for paying all taxes on sales made during the event and that I must file the appropriate tax forms.
