Maria Raass has been a licensed professional counselor for nearly 10 years and an advocate for families to do what’s best for their family. Maria and her family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada from Idaho in 2023, which she began her homeschool journey with her eldest daughter at age 6. Maria now homeschools her son along with her daughter, and incorporates wellness into her curriculum. Maria is the current secretary for NEVCON and will be running the registration table at this year’s Nevada Homeschool Convention.
